Draft purchase terms
Real purchases are not enabled. Package prices shown in the preview are proposed prices and may change. Any configured test-mode transaction is not a real payment. Final purchase terms, taxes, operator details, billing descriptor, and support contact must be established before accepting money.
What credits purchase
Credits are intended for unlocking platform conversations after a dinner invitation is accepted. The proposed cost is 10 credits per conversation. Credits do not pay for the meal, transfer money to another member, reserve a restaurant, or guarantee a response or date.
One-time purchases
The current design offers one-time packages. Automatic top-ups, recurring subscriptions, and stored-card billing are not enabled. Any future recurring billing feature must clearly disclose the charge, timing, authorization, and cancellation process.
Refund requests
The final refund policy will be published before purchases open, including treatment of unused credits, technical errors, duplicate charges, account closures, and statutory cancellation rights. No blanket “all sales final” rule is adopted in this draft. Mandatory consumer rights are not waived.
